Refund & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.
Registration fees refund:
Should a player decide to drop out of the club prior to the Commitment Date set by the USAV Aloha Region, they will receive a pro-rated refund, based on the number of practices and events they've already participated in.
If a player wishes to withdraw from the club after the Commitment Date set by USAV Aloha Region, we will evaluate each case individually. If a refund is approved, it will be pro-rated based on participation in practices and other events.
Tournaments and Clinics refund:
If not otherwise specified, a participant will receive a full refund, provided they cancel before the event registration deadline. Refunds requested after or in the middle of a session will be evaluated individually.
Cancellation of tournaments and clinics by LAC:
If a tournament or clinic is cancelled by Lanikai Athletic Club, a full refund will be issue to all paid participants.
